It was only several years ago when I had this eureka moment .. I suddenly discovered that I liked and had a knack for writing poetry. I don’t know where it came from but it arrived after all these years, several lifetimes of work and relationships, some good, and some not-so-good. I realised also that other people like myself had discovered poetry in their later years, and like me, are able to draw upon all that life knowledge, pain, encounters, wanderings and so forth that reside deep within that recently discovered AlmostDeadPoet.

So then I wanted to find somewhere to share my prose with other AlmostDeadPoets, and here we are with this modern technology.. a Blog for AlmostDeadPoets.

My blog posts are titled – unsurprisingly: “Keith’s Poems”. You are welcome to leave comments good or bad.. or in between. 

I really want to help showcase creative talent, so if you would like to contribute your own AlmostDeadPoems get in touch and we will set up your blog post column and give you access as an AlmostDeadPoet contributor. 

I welcome any sort of prose and once we know enough about using this website we will welcome other sorts of art forms.
